With over 7 years of massage experience, I have worked all over the world massaging International rugby teams (Springboks/Crusaders) as well as Olympic athletes(USA/Ukraine).I have a degree in Sports Science from the University of Stellenbosch and managed the Stellenbosch High Performance Institute for some time.
Once I had my degree, I worked on cruise liners(Ocean Village and Windstar cruiselines) around the world massaging all ages and worked with clients for a variety of health-related purposes, including to relieve pain, rehabilitate sports injuries, reduce stress, increase relaxation, address anxiety and depression, and aid general wellness.
My treatments range from relaxation, sports massage, deep tissue as well as trigger point therapy.
