Being an emotional eater and after the loss of someone very dear to me I really "let myself go". But! In October 2015 I decided to make a change!

Wanting to feel empowered and 'good' again, wanting to feel like I was achieving something for myself, by myself. I began changing my eating habits for the better. Once again the process became tedious and my will decreased and so did my energy levels.

Being an 'on the go" mom, juggling my job, kids lifts, house work and homework!, my problem seemed to be NO TIME to make myself the wonderful meals on various 'eating plans' that I tried.

Well "hello" Herbalife, you literally changed my life! I found quick & easy to make, delicious breakfast shakes, herbal teas, healthy chocolaty protein bars, that give energy and all round wellness. Products that are delicious,healthy AND nutritional, that give my body just what it needs.

I am no longer a couch potato, I have loads of energy and my relationship with food is much "healthier". I have taken up cycling and love who I am becoming on this journey.
