A fully insured qualified Pilates and Yoga Teacher covering classes in gyms and for other Pilates and Yoga teachers all over Chester and the North West.

I have a Level 3 Specialist Diploma in Mat Pilates and a Level 2 qualification in Exercise to Music. I also have a Level 3 Diploma in teaching Yoga and I am currently studying Pre and Post Natal and Pilates for Orthopedic Conditions.

I have a qualification in trigger point Pilates which can help to restructure muscles and ease pain.

I am a member of REP's the Register of Exercise Professionals.

One-to-one's / 1-to-1

Are you looking to improve your fitness level following a break from fitness / as a result of illness / injury before joining a class or gym?
Are you looking to build up strength and improve your fitness level in the privacy of your own home.
Are you physically fit but looking to find specific stretches and exercises to complement your current fitness regime?

If so 1:1 tuition could be for you this can be in the home and is charged at £25 per hour in Chester plus petrol money for further afield.

1:2 Tuition is offered at £40 per hour.
