No1 Gym is a newly opened gym serving Ponteland, Darras Hall and surrounding areas.

In addition to our main gym facility we offer personal training and group shortcut classes lead by one of our personal trainers in our dedicated fitness suite.

We want to make our client experience a lifestyle change rather than a short-term fix. Nothing is more important than the body we live in so our gyms have a range of pricing structures and flexible packages to suit your needs.

Our head trainer, James Milburn, is an award-winning nutritionist, sports coach, lecturer and former UK athlete.
