ABOUT CAROLINE
Firstly, thank you for visiting my Facebook page. I hope you enjoy reading about MADE Fitness, it’s services provided and logic. I purposely do not focus solely on what is carried out in the training sessions. I also take a genuine interest on what is happening when not in the studio, such as nutrition, habits, sleep and activity.
My aim is to develop a client’s empowerment, to surpass their original goals by implementing sustainable lifestyle changes which can affect many aspects of their life.
PRE & POSTNATAL SPECIALIST
I am particularly passionate regarding pre and postnatal exercise and women’s fitness in general. I have had two children and I am fully aware of the uncertainty regarding exercise when pregnant and after birth. Can I carry on with my running? Is it safe for me to lift light weights? I remember feeling pretty overwhelmed due to conflicting information available.
I did stay active during both of my pregnancies and I am so glad I did. I believe it helped me through the later stages of pregnancy, during birth and particularly post pregnancy not just aesthetically but functionally and mentally.
