Since joining the Bayleys Team, Mark has sold over 1200 properties totalling over $400 million and continues to specialise in Rural and Lifestyle properties and is in the top 5% of Bayleys salespeople.

Before moving to the Rangiora area Mark resided on his parents 500 acres property in North Otago and attended Lincoln College from 1985-1987 where he attained the following qualifications.
- Diploma of Agriculture
- Diploma in Farm Management
- Post Graduate Diploma in Commerce (Specialising in Rural Valuation)
Mark is also an Associate Member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (AREINZ) having passed all the required examinations in 1995.
