Margo was invited to join Bayleys in 2008 as a Sales Manager, having previously worked for a local company as a salesperson since 1995. However, after 15 months in the role, decided to return to the role she loves – helping people buy and sell property.

Having built a successful business since 1995, Margo is approachable, caring, reliable and very professional. Her attention to detail, creative thoughtful marketing and strong communication skills, ensure that clients and their properties receive the attention they deserve. She is a well known long term local resident of Rangiora and knows the North Canterbury area very well.

After gaining the National Diploma in Real Estate in 2009, Margo was admitted as an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, so is extremely well qualified to handle property sales.

Passionate about treating people well, and with honesty and integrity high on her list of credentials, Margo continues to deliver a very high level of service and results to existing and new clients.

Much of her business is repeat and by way of referral, which speaks for itself – many happy clients.

Margo has a large network of contacts and a broad knowledge of the real estate industry, and as a result, clients benefit from her strong ability to create opportunities and produce “Results with Integrity”.

On a personal note, Margo has an adult son Michael who has a successful career in sales.

Margo enjoys a wide circle of friends, tennis, walking, reading and maintaining her formal garden. Margo is currently Patroness of the Rangiora Netball Club after a long association over many years as a player, coach and administrator.
