My business is focused on providing the best care as an Osteopath and most up-to-date teaching as a Pilates and yoga teacher. I also deliver workshops for Pilates teachers in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. I LOVE teaching yoga and Pilates. Teaching is a big part of the clinic and having taught on the NZ Osteopathy course for 3 years, I am now moving into the exciting area of primal movement health.
