Lil' Dragons Martial arts is a martial arts program for preschool kids aged 3 1/2 to 6 years old.
Lil' Dragons is much more than a kick and punch program.

As well as covering basic martial arts techniques suitable for this age range the program also covers safety skills and life skills.

The units in safety skills include:
Drugs
Fire safety
First aid
Health
Home safety
Stranger awareness
Traffic
Weather


Life skills covers the following:

Balance
Cooperation
Coordination
Discipline
Exercise
Listening
Memory
Nutrition
Respect.

The program is broken down into 8 week terms, and 9 terms in the program.
At the end of each term providing all the sessions have been attended the children will be invited to a graduation event where they will be presented with a lil' dragons certificate, a coloured stripe for their white belt and a skills patch for the unit completed. They will also be awarded patches for certain things such as best punching, best kicking ect.

The program is part of the Hurricane Kickboxing Academy so when your child graduates the final stage he/she will be eligible to move into the children's sport kickboxing classes.

The cost per term is $40 (8 sessions) and uniform will be around $40 (TBC).

A Taster day and sign up day has been scheduled for 18th May and will be confirmed by 24th April.
This will give you guys the chance to come along and meet the instructor, answer any questions and allow your little ones to try out a taster session for free before signing up.
