Tech Mahindra , the most popular IT corporate is sincerely building up capacity of young energetic youth in its CSR activities under Tech Mahindra Foundation who are seeking dignified jobs through its SMART project. This project is organized by Ruchika Social Service Organization.The selected trainees are provided with quality computer skills, Yuva English and skills for personality development which includes employment professionalism, team work, facing challenges in the jobs, setting up and meeting goals, behavioral modulation necessary to deal with customers, coordinator with colleagues and line managers and other skills required competing in the job market. This course is designed for three months after which they will be placed.
