Tribe features two studios beside each other in Dublin City Centre, just at the top of Upper Dominick Street. Only 10 min walk from the Ilac Centre.

STUDIO 1 offers classes of Aerial Hoop, Strength & Conditioning, Flexibility, Acrobalance. For Aerial Hoop Classes we provide a mix of 5 single and double point Aerial Hoops safety hung from a 4 meters height ceiling. For Strength & Conditioning and Flexibility we provide Olympic Rings, Circus Rope, Canes, Gymnastic Mats, Yoga mats, Blocks and Resistance Bands.

STUDIO 2 is our Pole Studio. 6 Professional Chrome 4 meters Height X-Poles drilled to the ceiling. Poles can be changed from Spinning to Static during the Term and have a good distance in between them. Each Pole has its own mirrors in front and special lights for classes like Slow and Slinky or Dance/Flow.

Lisette Krol - Founder and Head Instructor – is ready to share her many years of experience as a Circus and Dance Performer, Fitness Instructor and Pole Competitor with those willing to join the challenge. You will also meet our wonderful and experienced team of instructors.

PRIVATE, SEMIPRIVATE AND GROUP CLASSES

Lissete Krol -World Champion Pole Dancer- is available for private, semiprivate and group classes.

Private & Semiprivate: These classes are designed to develop and practice routines and choreographies, learn and perfect new tricks.

Corporate & Group Classes: designed to fit all levels including those with no fitness or dance background. You can choose between Pole, Acrobalance, Aerial Hoop, Dance, Handstands, Floorwork or Sexy Heels Pole class (bring your own heels).

HEN PARTIES

Looking for something special for your Hen Party?

We offer personalised 90 minutes classes for special occasions, designed to fit all levels including those with no fitness or dance background. You can choose between Pole, Aerial Hoop, Dance or Sexy Heels Pole class (bring your own heels).

For these classes we will be doing basic tricks, posses, smooth transitions and dance moves while learning an easy choreography. Moreover, the focus is on having lots of fun!

If you wish, you can add to your party a special feature: send us the bride`s favourite song and we will prepare something unique and make this day memorable.

Food & Beverages: We offer a glass of non- alcoholic champaign and some strawberries for each guest. We can also arrange special lighting for your party.

It is fine to bring food and beverages to the studio, but Alcohol is not allowed… Safety first!

You can also film and take all the pictures you want!
