CP Fitness is a female only fitness outlet that goes above and beyond your standard ladies gym. At CP Fitness we pride ourselves on the promotion of maintainable lifestyle changes and we aim to enable our clients to introduce longterm health and wellbeing plans. Our core philosophies and ultimate goals are to allow each member to reach their full potential. We work with the individual in a regulated and confidential manner to ensure their aspirations are expressed. We then provide the opportunity, guidance and support required to obtain these goals in a safe, non-threatening environment. The training environment at CP Fitness is just as focused on having fun and letting off steam in a dynamic, integrated and friendly setting as it is about the more serious task of training the body to its full potential.

We offer multiple training plans and styles to accommodate all ages groups and abilities. These include personal training, group training, semi-private group training and our elite signature programme. All programmes are designed for fat loss, strength building and to improve flexibility, mobility and endurance. We welcome anyone from novice or inexperienced women looking to introduce a training program to their routine to the highly experienced trainer who might be looking to push their boundaries past a training plateau. We also cater to those recovering from injury, providing a safe yet challenging environment in which to return to physical activity.

We provide nutritional guidance to all our members. Our philosophy is one of clean, healthy eating and the only diet we encourage is one of whole, unprocessed, organic foods. Our ultimate goal is to educate women, not only for their own welfare but for their family’s wellbeing also. We are always happy to answer any questions our members have and regularly provide nutritional information evenings to keep both ourselves and our members informed and up to date.

Our philosophy is all about enabling people to reach their full potential is a safe, fun environment. However we also encourage our members to perform a multi-faceted overhaul on their lifestyles. Training and nutrition are fundamental players in maintaining a healthy and balanced fitness level, however adequate sleep, reduced stress levels and a positive mindset are integral to well being also. We offer our members advice on how to manage the balance between work/family/recreation to ensure optimum results can be achieved in their fitness journey. A healthy mind precedes a healthy body and a positive mindset has an essential role to play in any lifechange/weightloss programme.

Most importantly CP Fitness provide a welcoming fitness family atmosphere. As we cater to all levels of fitness and ability, nobody is pushed beyond their own capabilities. We work with the individual and train the according to their current level of fitness. Comradery and group morale are high and encouragement and motivation is available every step of the way. There is never any drill sergeant shouting; the coaches are there to guide, assist and push you to the next level in a manner in which you can still fill at ease yet suitably challenged. Our ultimate achievement is to see our members flourish into the best version of themselves and we delight in their achievements.
