EMSS17 will be a 8 day long experience in Denmark with social excursions around wonderful Copenhagen alongside the factual sessions.

EMSS17 will focus on minimizing standardized reading-intensive learning, and strive to maximize learning by using simulation or in-depth hands-on teaching. The goal is to give med-students from all over the world a look at how we do emergency medicine in Denmark, and our succesful hands-on simulation based training.

Accommodation will be at Herlev Gymnasium, in walking distance of the Hospital and 20 min transporttime to Copenhagen center!
A mattress will be provided but you will need to bring a sleeping bag and sheet.

WiFi is available at the cabin and hospital and is free of charge.

The majority of the factual part of the course will take place at Copenhagen Academy for Medical Education and Simulation (CAMES) atop Herlev hospital just outside Copenhagen. CAMES is Northern Europes largest simulation center.
