CrossFit BRIO South 3.54

Because the only thing better than 1 great CrossFit BRIO location, is TWO, in October of 2014 we opened CrossFit BRIO South. Found in the industrial area of Saskatoon's South end at 339 Edson St, BRIO South is housed inside Alliance MMA. This location provides convenient access for the residents of the booming Stonebridge neighborhood.

Classes here are capped at 15 participants, so you will find yourself getting plenty of coaching excellence from owners Tarra and Glendon Hall, as well as the many other friendly faces you know from BRIO East.

Hours of Operation:

Monday-Friday: 6:00 am, 9:30 am, Noon, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 and 7:30 pm. Each class is one hour.

Weekend classes will be starting up shortly!
