The Yoga Den 2.53

The Yoga Den is the new yoga studio on the lower level of Inside Out Therapies Wellness Centre. Located at 2315 Lorne avenue and the corner of Ash St, kitty corner from Prairieland park. The Yoga Den offers a wide variety of classes in a small intimate atmosphere with a maximum of 9 students per class. Yoga for Fertility, prenatal, postnatal with baby, M.S or limited mobility, for Backs, for Beginners, Hatha, Vinyasa, Sivananda, Gentle, Yin. meditation/restorative and even a Youth class.
