We are in full prep mode, ready to provide healthy, delicious, nutritious and wholesome meals on the go, all this through our well focused, results oriented, versatile and innovative professional team.

we at YB are small enough to care about all our clients’ needs; but are large enough to deal with the biggest production houses, complex events, religious beliefs, health and dietary requirements; weddings, showers and just joyful gatherings. Where food is concerned; we are the go-to guys. Just that.

Our meticulously cooked food, comes packed in versatile environmentally friendly packaging to service the fast paced eat-on-the go needs of a demanding lifestyle. We use very fresh quality ingredients sourced locally from fruit and veg growers and reliable distributors whenever possible in order to maintain nature’s freshness. This ensures that our offering of fresh, healthy, mouth-watering meals will satisfy any taste bud and meet all the dietary needs of a discerning client. We also always place particular and special emphasis on the color; people tend to eat with their eyes first, long before they put the food in their mouths. Therefore; from food preparation colour, quality, taste and presentation; as well as menus, dietary requirements, allergies, vegetarian or vegan; we leave no stone unturned in order to satisfy our client’s needs. Meals are meticulously prepared by specialist chefs and experienced kitchen crew; with the express aim; always of providing our client with high quality catering at competitive pricing.

We have the capacity to cater for over 1-300 pax on outside locations and pride ourselves on the repeat customers we gain through our service excellence. Catering is an essential part of the process of creating great productions; with not only the quality of the food to be considered but also the speed at which it can be served, reducing break-times and getting the cast and crew back to work as quickly as possible, contented and happy is one of the skills which the YB team is best known for. We will work quickly and effectively to reduce waiting time of food service on location.
