The Academy retains its motto “For Chefs, By Chefs," referring to its corps of lecturers who are chefs with extensive & practical industry experience. We offer real-life knowledge with regards to being a chef and running a kitchen. When we launched the school in 2004, our vision was to create a world-class training facility, built on our own personal experiences, to equip students with the necessary practical skills to succeed as chefs. We wished to give people the skills to really make it in the food industry, providing a service which equips students with the relevant and practical skill-set for being premier chefs.
