After emailing, you are added to our database and we will contact you when you fit a brief requirement.

2. Now that i've applied, when do I shoot?

We will contact YOU when we need you to shoot. This could be weeks or even the next day after applying.

Please do not request work as we contact you when you fit a brief requirement.

3. What do I do on set?

Your job is to occupy the background of a scene, bringing it to life.
If it weren't for you, the scene would not be possible!

4. How long are my working hours?

A normal shooting day is 12 hours for movies and 11 hours for commercials.

If you work over time you get paid accordingly (rates differ with each production)

5. How do I get a feature role?

We will approach you for a feature role.

Please do not request as it is not up to us as the casting agents, only the production coordinators.

6. Do I get fed?

Yes, the production hires caterers to feed you every 6 hours.

There is usually a table with some snacks for in between, if not, bring some with you!

7. How do I get paid?

Some productions pay cash and most EFT.

If cash - you receive your payment when you leave.

If EFT - usually 6-10 weeks (this is the time length the production takes to pay out) sometimes sooner in the event of a small production)

All payments are taxed using the PAYE tax deduction table. Unless you are working on a commercial, whereas the taxable rate is fixed at 25%

The agency deducts a 20% flat rate as an administration fee.

8. How can I claim and obtain my IRP5?

We do not provide IRP5's - the production houses do.
After a production is complete and you wish to claim, you can send us a list of the names of movies/adverts/series you worked on and we will inform you which production company you should contact. Their contact numbers are obtainable on the internet.

NOTE: It is entirely your responsibility as the artists to take note of names and dates of productions in which you work on.

We hope this has helped clear up a few things and look forward to working with you in the future!
