★ Beginners - water safety and comfort

★ Learn to Swim - introduction to swimming strokes

★ Stroke Correction - streamlining all four strokes

★ Adult Learn to Swim - adults with any ability can learn to swim

★ Squad Swimming - a small squad focussing on gala readiness

At Stars we believe the best learning happens in small groups, through demonstration, experience and participation. Our specialised 3-pool Learn to Swim programme is specifically designed for this approach.

Our Learn to Swim facility has three indoor, heated swimming pools which means you can learn to swim at any time of the year.

You can also expect expertly qualified and registered Learn to Swim instructors teaching both diverse and comprehensive swimming lesson plans.
