Why are we so proud of our food, someone asked us the other day? Without hesitation i replied, quality ingredients for a perfect meal has settled many battles between enemies, and we are about food, glorious food!

Woodfired food is not a easy task but the end result is mouthwatering delicious. We start a fire 1 and a half hours before we open. The oven and the bricks has to reach a certain temperature for the pizzas to bake. If it's not hot enough then your toppings will over cook and your base will be to soft. If the oven is to hot then your pizza will over bake and the ingredients will dry-out and you will loose that perfect taste.

To order a pizza should be an exiting moment for the whole family or in front of the television. The taste should be memorable and it must taste moreish. The idea is that you enjoy it with a glass of your favorite wine, Appletiser or Refreshments that can be ordered with your order. Expect the wine ....... ;-)

Our Pasta's are exceptional and one can make a choice of Spaghetti, Penne or Tagliatelle.
We make a delicious Alfredo (Creamy Mushrooms) and one could add Salami or Feta to give it that individual taste.
The Bolognaise has a rich meaty sauce and home-made large mince balls packed with flavor.
If you are a MEATY person and want to indulge then one has to go for the Carbonara, packed with the most delicious Ham, Chopped Bacon, Salami & of course locally sourced Mushrooms mixed in to a Tomato based sauce.
Some people say they rather would eat our Chicken & Mushroom Pasta with Cream and Herbs before they eat a Breakfast as this is the best they ever had, we tend to believe them!
