After careful planning and in long consideration, the Rosehill Properties idea was officially born with a bang on the 13th of February 2016. Founded by two brilliant estate agents, Majorie Holl and Sas Rautenbach, who had been obsessing over starting a real estate agency that actually focuses solemnly on going the extra mile and pursue the happiness of their clients in a way that differs from you’re usual “Jack in the box”.
Just like all beautiful things, we don’t ask for attention when we say we are located in the heart of the Free State where two provinces are separated by the magnificent Vaal River. Parys is well known for its artistic anomalies and prudes itself to be the creative hub of South Africa: and we most definitely agree.
