MommyExercise Fitcamp sessions are a fun way to get your body into shape after your pregnancy! Can't find a babysitter or can't bring yourself to leave them to go to the gym? Then these classes are great for you! Bring your little one along whether they are babies or toddlers! They can be included into the session or they can play in the park while you exercise. New and old moms welcome!
