Lisa is an internationally certified ITIL Expert in IT Service Management issued by the United Kingdom Office of Government Commerce. In the last decade she has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in all the IT Service Management lifecycles in two different industries; namely Financial/Banking and Software Development where her positions/roles were that of Support Contract Manager, Project Coordinator, Service Desk Manager, Service Level Manager and Head of IT Operations.

Her passion for improvement has always been a motivating factor for her. Professionally and personally she is known for her organised and efficient work ethic, analytical thinking abilities, being an advocate for change and staying committed and motivated to achieving her goals. As a non-technical resource Lisa relates to business needs and aim to deliver real business value through strategies that increase operational efficiency and reducing costs. It is extremely rewarding to deliver results and making a difference by applying effective IT Service Management through the process of improvement.
