Choice Meat Market - Matatiele 3.13

Choice Meat Market (Matatiele) was established in 1983 in Matatiele (Eastern Cape, South Africa) as a retailer, wholesaler and manufacturer of meat products. Choice Meat Market prides itself in supplying fresh, free range meat (no feedlot stock) at competitive prices.

Meat is sourced weekly from the East Griqualand livestock sales (Underberg, Cedarville, Swartberg and Kokstad/Saamloop). Choice Meat Market places their weekly order with their agent/buyer who in turn attends the livestock sales and purchases the required livestock. The stock is received in the butchery the next day, ensuring that the meat is always fresh.

Choice Meat Market has built long standing relationships over the last 30 years (ranging from individuals to supermarkets, take aways, schools, hospitals, SA Army as well as numerous other institutions) by providing quality, fresh, free range, well packaged and presented meat.

Choice Meats Distribution is an offshoot of Choice Meat Market in Matatiele, wherby we will be distributing the Choice Meats range in Durban and surrounding areas. The meat will be delivered in containers that keep the product refrigerated/frozen for 48 hours. The containers have all required acceditation and certification by the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS).
