www.africadaily.co.za is a news agency run by Fab Media Africa, an independent media group, with no strings to media conglomerates. We are an independent agency powered by women.
The news agency was created with a single aim to enrich the public with a wide variety of news events happening around South Africa - news not covered by the mainstream, news that is not sensational. South Africa has a story to tell. Africa as a continent is often not projected properly. Our news is free - no obligation to purchase it.
The service would offer breaking news, politics, economics and business, sport, crime and courts, and lifestyle. It would issue daily diaries. Content would be web, mobile, and application based, as well as through feeds and web services integrated into existing newsroom systems. It would be cloud-hosted and offer photos and videos.
We have a national reach in various focused areas.
www.africadaily.co.za will not take a daily feed of news already published on some news mediums’ websites and pass it off as agency copy. Most agencies currently operating today use stories they publish in their newspapers as the basis of their news agencies they operate online.
