Full Traceability and Quality Control
LEBOUCHER guaranties the safety of your food. Meat quality is guaranteed through a strict control by Leboucher not only in the selected farms we work with, but also in their suppliers. Audits are carried out in the farms to check the quality of the feed and of the breeding standards. We enforce a full traceability to check that the highest standards are fully enforced by each of our suppliers. Le Boucher is following best practices and is being audited for HACCP standards.
