Welcome to Violet Lotus Studio, LLC. We are excited to join the amazing arts and business community based in beautiful Mid-City.

Violet Lotus bloomed from the desire to bring the community a place where everyone was welcomed and accepted. Belly dance is an inclusive art form – welcoming to all ages, sizes, shapes, and abilities. We hope to share the joy of dance with the Baton Rouge and surrounding communities.

Bambi Pizzolato is the owner of the studio. She has been dancing for 13 years and has her Teacher Training Certification from FatChanceBellyDance®. Bambi enjoys dance because it brings her sense of self confidence and joy and she truly wishes to impart these feelings to all of the students and visitors of Violet Lotus Studio.

All of the instructors at the studio strive to provide the best dance instruction possible by attending continuing education workshops several times a year.

Our lobby is open M-F 4:00 to 6:00 and Saturday and Sunday by appointment.
