From home health, to hospice, and caregiver support, TrustBridge Health offers assistance for families facing any stage of illness, twenty-four hours a day. TrustBridge Health combines Hospice of Palm Beach County and Broward County and Hospice by the Sea, Focus Care Home Health, and Harbor Palliative Care. Since 1978, our expert staff has cared for nearly 200,000 patients nearing end of life.

As a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization, we care for all who want and qualify for our services, regardless of ability to pay. We offer the physical, emotional and spiritual care that brings comfort and dignity to those with terminal illness and their loved ones. Our multi-cultural staff respects all religions and cultural traditions. For families who need emotional support, we offer grief support services including group counseling.
