Fresh Anointing Cathedral was conceived in 1986 in the heart of Dr. Larry C. Miles, Sr., M.Div, DD; its Founder and Senior Pastor. Being led of the the Holy Spirit he contacted his counselor and pastor, the late Dr. Clarence Dunlap from Richmond, VA also pastor emeritus of the Historic St. Mark Church of God in Christ. Superintendent Dunlap prepared him to fulfill the assignment that God had envisioned; providing the training and support needed as he progressed in the ministry.
