Pastor Barry L. Winston is the husband of Mrs. Dollnita M. Winston. They have been blessed with three children; Nathaniel, Nicholas, and Nicole. Pastor Winston is a graduate of Armstrong High School. He obtained an Associate Degree in Religious Studies from The Community Bible Institute. He served as the Founding Pastor of Family Restoration Church Of God In Christ for 17 years. He has recently been appointed as Pastor of St. Mark Church Of God In Christ. Pastor Winston's present positions include: The Assistant Superintendent of the Commonwealth District COGIC, the Jurisdictional Coordinator of the COGIC Urban Initiatives and member of The Presidential Prayer Team of Washington, D.C. Pastor Winston's past positions include: Secretary of the Commonwealth District Pastors & Elders Council, Family Manager for Richmond Department of Juvenile Justice, and Co-facilitator of The Family Life Enhancement Program. Pastor Winston has received Commendation from The Senate and House of Delegates, The Commonwealth of Virginia and The President’s Volunteer Service Award for his dedicated and outstanding contributions to the community. Pastor Winston has heard and accepted God's call to establish a family oriented Ministry that is committed to and advancing the Kingdom of God.
