Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Jessica Rankin and I am an independent real estate photographer originally from central Ohio now residing and serving in the Sanford, North Carolina area.

From my high school photography class and head photographer of the yearbook to being the designated photographer for Washington D.C. Congressional Galas. While attending college I worked in a real estate office taking photos of new listings. I have always enjoyed photography and adding real estate into the mix made it a perfect fit. I started my independent business Simply Bella Photography in 2015. Once relocating to Ocala, Florida I expanded my photography to custom homes, horse ranches and estates. My goal is to maximize your home value through a lens.

I was raised in a military family moving frequently and I am used to buying, selling, staging and moving homes. I am a mother with a two-year-old daughter and a yellow Labrador Retriever. I enjoy spending time with my family, running, lake life and traveling.
