Sawleaf Café was founded in 2014 as a family business to fill a void in the fast-casual dining arena: a Vietnamese offering that delivers quickly and consistently wholesome dishes with memorable flavors. Based on family recipes that have been passed down through generations, our restaurant is designed in a simple yet sophisticated format and our staff is friendly and welcoming.

We pride ourselves on our food. Our pho broth is simmered for over 12 hours with all natural protein and ingredients and each bowl contains more than a dozen aromatic spices and herbs. We remove the fat from our broth to create a healthy, lean, but hearty and clean flavor, and there is no added MSG in any of our menu items.

While our signature dishes are beef and chicken pho, we also serve delicious banh mi, vermicelli noodle salads, fresh summer rolls, crispy egg rolls, vegetarian options, kid-friendly portions, and house-made specialty drinks.
