Raw Fitness is about helping people understand their bodies both physically and mentally by changing the way they think about fitness. Our members are exposed to corrective movement, individually designed progressions, empowerment through education, and a support network that is designed to help members improve and reach their specific goals without discouragement or discomfort. Raw Fitness will offer a variety of classes with the option of one-on-one personal training. Our classes and training will incorporate and target joint movement, cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and form in a professional relaxed atmosphere with certified instructors.

Group fitness classes are designed to move you through all planes and joint movements, build strength, increase cardio and flexibility. We provide an unsurpassed training experience with qualified instructors and offer a variety of exercise programs and techniques to help give a full-body workout for any fitness level with the use of progressive teaching methods in a non-competitive and encouraging atmosphere.

Our fitness classes are offered at convenient times from 6am -7:30pm. Our website (www.rawfitnessnh.com) provides class schedules, descriptions, instructor/trainer biographies, membership information/pricing, promotions and fundraising information.

Personal training focuses on understanding an individual’s goals, movements, strengths, challenges and health concerns. We take a genuine approach to each person by understanding what lifestyle goals they have. Each member will go through a thorough a functional movement screening and health assessment before starting a program. This service in free and allows the trainer to identify the member’s current fitness level and set safe attainable goals.

Our ultimate goal for our personal training and fitness programs is creating a lifestyle of wellness, longevity and improving or adding to your quality of life or fitness goals.
