PURE Fitness training specializes in Boot Camp, Group Fitness Classes, Personal Training, and Therapeutic Massage; and offer chiropractic care via Ollis Chiropractic. PURE Fitness Boot Camp offers a fun, intense, comprehensive 1 hour workout which includes foam rolling, a dynamic warm-up, corrective exercises, and multi-dimensional circuits which address all components of fitness. The workouts generally focus on FAT LOSS but can be individually modified to promote muscle gain, induce improvements in strength and/or cardiovascular endurance, or improved athleticism.
