I will be working closely with each player to improve their hockey skills, technique and confidence through a fun learning experience. The quality of ice time for a skater is very important. The best way to improve your game and reach the next level is through on ice training. With video analysis I will track each players progress and find their strengths and weaknesses. My goal is to give players the tools they need to improve their skill set. I take the time to focus on each player’s specific needs. I will observe and give feedback on their skill level and development. In addition to a primary focus on developing solid skating, stick handling, passing and shooting skills, I also believe in teaching systems that compliment players with a strong emphasis on defense from all positional players. I believe in challenging each player, pushing them out of their comfort zones, in a fun and safe environment. By motivating your players they will learn and improve much faster. I have seen these techniques help develop player’s hockey ability countless times
