Our 3,600 square foot box offers all the tools that will allow you to get in the best shape of your life! Our facility allows for a spacious interior as well as a great alleyway for our distance runs and spring programming. We even we have an enclosed guest viewing area with seating and television for family members who are waiting on athletes to finish their workouts.
