For almost four decades, Midland Care has been a pioneer and leader in responding to the most challenging health care needs in our community. Beginning as a hospice provider in 1978, and responding to community demand, Midland Care now offers a full continuum of health care services focused on helping people stay in their own homes and communities as they age. Services include end-of-life care, home health care, home support services, palliative care, grief and loss support and senior living. The most important part of our work is listening. We get to know the people we serve and create a plan to help them live life to the fullest.
