With a vision to be a national leader for excellence in healthcare learning and innovation, the Memorial Center for Learning and Innovation (MCLI) has been designed to develop the capabilities and capacities of our healthcare workforce to meet current and future demands, and to provide a culture of continuous learning and improvement to support the strategies and business goals of Memorial Health System.
The MCLI allows employees, residents and physicians to advance their skills and learn the latest medical techniques to deliver the best possible care to our patients. The 72,000-square-foot facility will also be home to all employee and leadership development courses, offer a variety of community educational opportunities, and host degree and certification programs in conjunction with our academic partners.
