Mat Happy Yoga is a place to gather, cultivate relationships, and feel better mentally and physically. We are a community-focused yoga studio serving Hilliard, Upper Arlington, and the surrounding Columbus, Ohio area.

Our mission is to provide the community with a healthy activity that is enjoyable and transformative for the mind, body and soul.

Classes range from beginner friendly Yoga Basics and Mindful Hatha to a strengthening Vinyasa and Power Flow. Gain flexibility with Yin and Deep Stretch, de-stress with our healing Restore & Revive, or try our fitness-based Yoga/Pilates Fusion!
