Eleventh Element is a company founded by five time Crossfit Games competitor and 2010 Crossfit Games champion Graham Holmberg. Graham believes in providing the top programming and resources available to achieve optimal results for his members and corporate clients. His goal is to positively impact the lives of as many people as possible and use Crossfit as a platform to build a community that is strong in body and mind. In Crossfit, there are ten standard principles to maximize overall physical fitness. The Eleventh Element is a concentration on psychological clarity, life balance, and a symbol for spiritual/ mental wellbeing.
