I-FIT in Liberty is a one hour dance fitness program designed to help shred unwanted body fat and tone your muscles. You'll fall in love with this new style of working out. I-FIT in Liberty is for all ages, and all fitness levels. You'll leave class feeling energized and ready to show your new moves off to your friends. Your first visit is FREE, after that it's only $5 per class or $30 per month. We offer classes at our studio in Liberty on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturday, and Sunday's. With a wide variety of times and days, we give everyone a chance to dance! Meet you on the dance floor.
