Come join me for an hour of Zumba and Strenght Training! I have taken 2 of the things I love in fitness and put them together! At 6:00 a.m we start with 30 minutes of cardio, zumba style! Then at 6:30 we switch it up to some strength training.
Come and give it a try with me and you can learn to love both as much as I do! I want to share my joys with anyone who wants to get fit and healthy!
