Inspired by the Community-Based boxing gyms Jose “Flaco” Perez frequented while growing up in Brooklyn. Flaco’s Community Gym boasts no smoke and mirrors or fancy equipment. A gym that focuses on family and an opportunity to transform lives instead of the bottom line. Where anyone regardless of race, gender, or social class can feel welcome. We are a community gym because we support the community and the community supports us. Whether it’s underprivileged youth looking for a place to fit in, a single mom working out with her kids, or a corporate CEO learning boxing basics. Our approach is simple, we’re here to help you set your goals and surpass them.
