The Training Pit offers you CrossFit, Bootcamp, Personal Training & Kids fitness classes.
We are a fitness program that combines weightlifting, running, and gymnastics. Fitness is defined as cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy. Workouts are constantly varied over a broad range of exercises and performed at high intensity for short periods of time.
We are not like 24 hour Fitness, LA Fitness or Gold’s gym. We don't have machines swimming pools, high-end locker rooms, and saunas. We do have great equipment, Certified and highly experienced coaches, knowledgeable programming of our workouts, and a fun atmosphere. At Training Pit you will develop a bond with your coaches and fellow members unlike anything you can find at a big franchise gym.
