DUTIES TO MY CLIENTS:

The counseling of buyers and sellers making good buying or selling real estate decisions.

Showing of resale, new construction, short sales and government owned homes.

Negotiating and drafting of purchase agreements and rental leases.

The listing of homes for sale for sellers.

Attending of loan application, if so desired, with the clients.

Attending and setting of appointments for a home inspection, termite inspections, lead base inspections, and other inspections required by buyers and or sellers.

Attending of settlement/closing with buyers and sellers.

The complying of federal and state fair housing laws and regulations.

Creating buyer brokerage agency or independent contractor relationships.

Distributing information on new or amended laws or regulations as they become known.

Disclosing required information relating to the physical condition of real property, when it becomes common knowledge.
