For three decades, it was a place that brought the world together for life’s most momentous occasions. No one was more impacted than owner, Chef Bruno, who had watched his mother dance on the very steps of the restaurant when she ventured from Italy to see it for the first time. With so much history and so much meaning embedded in the restaurant’s presence, there was only one option for Chef Bruno moving forward: rebuild from the ground up.
