YARLINGTON FACEBOOK PAGE T&Cs

These terms and conditions apply between you, the user, and Yarlington, the operator of this Facebook page. Please read the below terms and conditions before using our page or groups to communicate with us or other residents.

The use of ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘Yarlington Homes’, ‘Yarlington Housing Group’, ‘Yarlington Property Management’, and ‘My Yarlington’ refers to Yarlington Housing Group registered Community Benefit Society (number 7499).

Posts and discussions will be monitored during office hours.

Posts should be related to the group’s subject or sub-topics e.g. sharing an experience related to a campaign or asking a question about My Yarlington or Inspired to Achieve.

We will remove posts or comments if they include the following:
• If their content is not related to the group or its discussions
• If abusive, threatening, unlawful or explicit language is used
• If other residents, members of the public or personal information is included

Posts that conflict with Facebook’s own policies will be removed and reported to Facebook

All queries regarding booking repairs, making payments or other services provided by Yarlington will be directed to the My Yarlington customer portal. We will not be able to provide services using Facebook.

Our Facebook is manned during office hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm). We aim to respond to queries within one working day.

Yarlington reserves the right to alter, suspend or discontinue any part, or all of, their Facebook page.
