West Roose is an impressive 16th century farmhouse with slate floors, wooden beams and a large log fire, set in magnificent gardens and situated in the peaceful heart of beautiful north Cornwall. With the dramatic coast path and a picturesque beach just ten minutes away and set amongst rolling fields close to the moor, the house exudes peace, privacy and tranquillity. West Roose offers the perfect family holiday and a wonderful escape. The house forms part of a dairy farm where visitors can watch (and participate in) milking, meet and feed new born calves, observe coots on the pond and hedgehogs in the barn and be-friend the farm sheepdog! A homemade cake, basketful of logs for the fire and bunch of flowers picked from our garden will greet you on arrival. All linen and towels provided and electricity, heating and one basketful of logs are included in the cost. We do not provide cot linen, however a high chair is available.
