Offering 7 bedrooms, sleeping 16 in total, it's the perfect location for a group getaway. The nearby farm buildings are no longer used for farming and there are now indoor games areas including a tennis court and table tennis room.

Offering a magical weekend break with unbeatable local walking (Offa’s Dyke and Mortimer Trail nearby), the Michelin-starred pub ‘the Stagg’ in the village (an easy walk from the house), a spectacular golf course at Kington, plus Ludlow, Hay-on-Wye and several National Trust properties all within easy reach of this house.

The house is very well equipped and suitable for parties of all ages; additional catering for special occasions is available by request. Many of the bedrooms can be twin/double to suit your party.
