The White Spoon is a restaurant born from the ambition and commitment of our Chef Director, Chris White. It is an unpretentious, approachable and laid-back eatery serving the finest dishes made with flare.
By using modern techniques, individual flavours are elevated into something truly exciting. Chris is always careful to ensure nothing is lost from the ingredients’ original charm.
Our aim is to create a relaxed and informal environment without compromising on quality or standard of food, an alternative to fine dining. Attentive service coupled with a contemporary feel makes The White Spoon a place where everybody should feel comfortable.
Menus feature produce in tune with the seasons, together with some unexpected and unusual flavours.
The restaurant itself has a natural look and feel to it, from the reclaimed timber tabletops to the stone-like tableware, connecting our patrons to the origins of the ingredients they are dining on.
In order to honor the individual ingredients found on your plate we insist on everything being made in-house, from the smoked butter to all the stocks and sauces. For our customers this means enhanced quality and taste. For us it means we can add our unique identity.
